Founded in 2016 by two chefs with a passion for fermenting, Eaten Alive have won numerous awards for their innovative take on raw fermented foods. All the products are produced at their state of the art London fermenting kitchen, using only the best whole vegetables from carefully selected growers. The range includes the UK’s top selling Classic Spicy Kimchi and exciting takes on traditional ferments like the Smoky Pink Kraut; as well as a ground breaking range of shelf stable bio live sauces, for which they won ‘Best new food product’ and 3 Great Taste stars.
