Carrot & Spinach Moong Dhal


A highly nutritious warming dhal. We soak our mung beans overnight before slowly simmering them with ginger, tumeric and mustard seeds. This hearty dhal is finished with whole-leaf spinach and carrots.

Ingredients & Allergens (bold): water, mung beans, carrots, spinach, rapeseed oil, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, chillies, salt, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, ground coriander, turmeric, red chilli flakes.
