Chinese BBQ Sauce

300 g

Sweet, fragrant sauce with a hint of chilli heat. Use as a dipping sauce, marinade for grilled meats & vegetables or sauce for stir fries. This jar contains enough to make the recipe below twice!

Sweet Sticky Ribs (Enough for 2)

Add 2 tablespoons of BBQ Sauce to 800g pork ribs, mix, leave for at least 1 hour. Pre-heat oven to 190C / Gas Mark 5. Baste ribs with 1 tablespoon oil before laying out in one layer on a baking tray lined with foil. Cook for 45 minutes. Turn heat down to 170C / Gas Mark 3. Take ribs out and turn over. Add another 2 tablespoon of BBQ sauce to the ribs, mix and then cook for a further 45 minutes. Remove ribs from the oven and rest for 10 minutes.

Storage: Store in a cool dry place
