Traditionally made pasta from the master pasta makers in Gragnano, a comune in the Metropolitan City of Naples in southern Italy's Campania region. The method is formed by a strict selection of semolina with water only from the Gragnano region, followed by a bronze die extrustion method and dried in low-temperature cells makes this a premium product of Italy.
