This classic jungle style curry paste is made to a traditional recipe using ingredients such as green chillies, lemongrass, galangal, wild ginger and fresh peppercorns. Fresh and fiery, jungle curry pastes are ideal for intense boiled curries and stir fries with ingredients such as pork, fish, venison and game birds.

At som saa we make all of our pastes fresh in house, using traditional recipes and often hard to find ingredients.

Shelf life and storage: 5+ days

Ingredients & Allergens (bold): Green chillies, bird's eye chillies, garlic, shallots, lemongrass, galangal, coriander roots, shrimp paste (crustaceans), grachai (wild ginger), fresh peppercorns, fresh turmeric, salt. May Contain Cashews, Fish, Peanuts.
