Orders made for chilled meals by 5pm on Monday should arrive the same week on Thursday or Friday. Any orders made after 5pm on Monday will be dispatched the following week. Chilled meals are dispatched once a week on an overnight delivery service and our insulated packaging will remain cool for up to 48 hours.

There is a minimum order value of £30 within the Chilled Meals category.

5 deliciously glorious LVK signature Lemongrass & Coconut Curries 

The most loved and popular dish in the UK, we all love a curry or two... or five with our plant-based curry feast! A selection, designed by Chef Thuy Pham, guaranteed to suit your food-mood whichever side of the bed you got out of!

Heating Instructions: Heat the curry in a pan, on a medium heat. When hot add the vegetables for 1 minute. Take off heat as soon as the curry begins to bubble. Heat the tofu in the oven at 160; under the grill on a medium heat; or in a dry pan on a medium heat, for 3-5 minutes or until the desired temperature. Rice can be steamed or heated in the microwave.

Keeps for a week in the fridge or up to 6 months in the freezer, meaning you're ready and raring to go whenever that rainy day strikes!

The Plant-BasedCurry Feast consists of:

  • Baked aubergine, in an onion and shiitake mushroom glaze curry
  • Lightly fried tofu, with broccoli tender stems
  • Roasted sweet potatoes, baby carrots, green beans & red onion
  • Crispy soy fried tofu skewers with green beans
  • Roasted cauliflower with turmeric & lime

All served with broccoli tenderstems, baby carrots, french beans, red onions, fresh chillies, a slice of lime and a portion of jasmine rice.
