Pasquale’s Peppers “Rosso Maturo” has only four ingredients: ripe, ruby red Cayenne peppers (called Lazzaretto in Abruzzo) are quickly bathed in a salt and vinegar soak, then doused generously in Extra Virgin Olive Oil to preserve them. A handmade, single-origin product, the peppers and olive trees are grown on the same small family farm in the hills of Silvi, and lovingly processed on the premises for maximum freshness.
