A Chinese dish originally from Xinjiang, cumin lamb is tender on the inside and crisp on the outside, coated in a bold spice mix that is led by cumin and rounded off with a touch of chilli and Sichuan peppercorn. The lamb is marinated and skewered so there is no additional prep for you to do. It is best grilled over a barbecue fire, but also comes out amazing when grilled on a pan.
